this book is about the how the china rise from ashes , the author in discuss the reason why china has the cheap labour ,what propells the mass production in china , labour problems in china , enviormental problems phase by the china due to its rapid industrialization ,what are the reason of the environmental problem, ,how the agriculture is effected in due to the industrialization,

1. in the 1st chapter author writes about the china of the 19th century different dynasty-ming, magnolia, cuing dynasty rules the china , the way the govern the country , with the advent of 20th century how mao cultural reveloution changes the life of the people , his way of working ccp(chineses comunist party ) working in mao tenure, the came the Deng Xiaoping in 1978 the era which leads the china to the path of development , industrilization, massive employment, in this year Deng Xiaoping was elected as the leader of the CCP, his open minded policies help to open the SEZ(special economics zone) which promotes the the industries by providing the low trade traffics , also in this chapter he talk of the student in the china in 1989 in the Tienanmen square and how the people voice has been continuously being suppressed. how this revolution changes the face of the working of state owned companies ,

one thing ,i would like to say after reading this book "success comes with the some prize tag" which the people of china has payed for becoming the fastest as well as second largest economy in the world
